Benefits

• You have automatic membership of Diabetes New Zealand, our National Office. This entitles you to get discount on products you may purchase from them.
• You are also entitled to participate in the Test Strip National Supply Scheme. Through this scheme, blood testing strips can be obtained on the provision of a prescription. For those who are holders of a Community Services or a High User card there is no charge (purchase of testing strips are free).
• For all others there is a delivery charge of $1.50 – regardless of the quantity prescribed. Where other supplies are ordered (and testing strips are being purchased at the same time), the total delivery charge is $5.00.
• You will receive the magazine ‘Diabetes Wellington’ four times a year plus four of Diabetes Wellington ‘Diabetes News’.
